		SR128	DUPLESSIS	PUBLIC SFTY/CORRECT DEPT - Requests the Department of Public Safety and Corrections to study and make recommendations relative to the provision of valid state identification documents to individuals released from state custody and the inclusion of such documents on LA Wallet.
		HCR73	KNOX	TRANSPORTATION DEPT - Urges and requests the Department of Transportation and Development to work with other agencies and interest groups to take appropriate action to remove and prevent homeless people from residing within interstate rights of way in the New Orleans metropolitan area
		HCR108	WILLARD	TRANSPORTATION - Urges and requests the Department of Transportation and Development conduct a study and make plans relative to emergency evacuation routes for public safety
		HB539	MACK	MOTOR VEHICLES - Provide relative to the authorization of the office of motor vehicles to impose fines on contracts
		HB568	PHELPS	MTR VEHICLE/VIOLATIONS - Provides relative to sanctions for a lapse in required vehicle liability security (EN -$482,845 RV See Note)
		HB573	MCFARLAND	PUBLIC CONTRACTS - Provides relative to prohibited provisions in certain public contracts

Statements may be emailed to sthpw@legis.la.gov and must be received by the committee secretary at least four hours prior to the meeting to be included in the record for this committee meeting.

Audio/visual presentations, such as PowerPoint, must be received by the committee secretary at sthpw@legis.la.gov at least twenty-four hours PRIOR to the scheduled start of the committee meeting for review and prior approval. Thumb drives will NOT be accepted.
