§2355.  Applicant receiving tax credits not eligible to receive other tax incentives

Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, a taxpayer shall not receive any other tax incentive administered by the Department of Economic Development for any expenditures for which the taxpayer has received a credit under this Part.
