 1. Adoption of minutes of the July 1, 2026, interim meeting of the study group
 2. Discussion of the tax reduction established in R.S. 22:832 and whether changes to this tax reduction would affect the state's municipal bond market
 3. Discussion with Louisiana Economic Development personnel regarding the economic impacts of the state's insurance premium tax structure
 4. Comprehensive review of House Bill No. 594 of the 2025 Regular Session (Re-Reengrossed version) and discussion of objectives for future insurance premium tax reform legislation
