Art. 791.4. Monitoring
A. In order to determine the effectiveness of the program, the Louisiana Commission
on Law Enforcement and Administration of Criminal Justice shall develop and implement
a monitoring and evaluation program subject to state funding.
B. The commission may also develop and implement a monitoring and evaluation
program for all parishes with truancy assessment service centers subject to state funding.
