Art. 1572. Notice of trial
The clerk shall give written notice of the date of the trial to all counsel of record, or if there is no counsel of record, to a self-represented party. This notice shall be sent in accordance with Article 1313(A)(4) or mailed by the clerk, by certified mail, properly stamped and addressed, at least ten days before the date fixed for the trial. The provisions of this Article may be waived in writing or on the record by a party or the party's attorney.
