Through the use of state funds, the organization seeks to expand access to safe, supportive programming and develop a youth center that fosters long-term community growth, workforce readiness, and positive outcomes for young people and their families.
What are the goals and objectives for achieving such purpose?
The primary goal of this initiative is to improve outcomes for youth and families in underserved communities by providing consistent access to high-quality programs, supportive services, and a safe, structured environment. This will be achieved through a combination of direct services and the development of a centralized youth center.

The nature of this contract is to provide comprehensive youth and family services, along with the development and operation of a community-based youth center. Services to be provided include structured mentorship programs, academic support and tutoring, media and technology training, life-skills development, and workforce readiness programming for youth.
