Proposed Project Summary: College & Post-High School Readiness Program

Noire Enterprise College & Post-High School Readiness Program is designed to equip high school students with the knowledge, exposure, and confidence needed to successfully transition from high school into college, career pathways, and adulthood. This program will serve students by providing intentional guidance, hands-on learning experiences, and practical tools that prepare them for life after graduation.

Through workshops, mentoring, college tours, career exploration, and personal development activities, students will gain a deeper understanding of their post-secondary options and the steps required to reach their goals. The program will focus on key areas such as college preparation, financial aid awareness, scholarship readiness, career planning, soft skills development, leadership, time management, and self-advocacy.

In addition to academic and career readiness, the program will also address the social and emotional needs of students by helping them build confidence, make informed decisions, and develop a clear vision for their future. Participants will be exposed to real-world environments and opportunities that broaden their perspective and encourage them to pursue purpose-driven lives. The overall goal of the program is to bridge the gap between opportunity and access by ensuring students particularly those who may have limited exposure to college and career resources are prepared, empowered, and supported as they take their next steps beyond high school.
