	1. Review and approval of the Louisiana Department of Health's proposed Medicaid expenditure forecast for FY 23 in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:21.3(H)
	2. Review and approval of the Louisiana Department of Health's proposed Medicaid expenditure forecast for FY 24 in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:21.3(H)
	3. Review and approval of the Louisiana Department of Health's long-range Medicaid expenditure forecast in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:21.3(H)
	4. Discussion of potential policy changes in future years impacting forecasted expenditures
	5. Discussion regarding planned Medicaid eligibility determination protocols to be implemented following the public health emergency impacting forecasted expenditures
	6. Consideration of items to be included and not included by the economist when forecasting expenditures in the Medicaid program
	7. Follow-up discussion regarding potential cost savings of shifting dually eligible enrollees in the Medicaid program to Medicare Advantage Plans and best practices in other states that have implemented this practice

Any person who does not feel comfortable giving testimony in person may submit a prepared statement in lieu of appearing before the committee:

A. Any interested person or any committee member may file with the committee a prepared statement concerning a matter under consideration by the committee or concerning any matter within the committee's scope of authority, and the committee records shall reflect receipt of such statement and the date and time thereof.

B. Any person who files a prepared statement which contains data or statistical information shall include in such prepared statement sufficient information to identify the source of the data or statistical information. For the purposes of this Paragraph, the term "source" shall mean a publication, website, person, or other source from which the data or statistical information contained in the prepared statement was obtained by the person or persons who prepared the statement.
