 4. Review and approval of an extension of a contract between the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J).
 5. Review and approval of an extension of a contract between the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and Montrose Air Quality Services, LLC, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J).
 6. Review and approval of an extension of a contract between the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and Pace Analytical Services, LLC, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J).
 7. Review and approval of Municipal Police Supplemental Pay in accordance with Act 110 of 1982 and the provisions of R.S. 40:1667.8 and review and approval of Municipal Firefighters' Supplemental Pay in accordance with Act 110 of 1982 and the provisions of R.S. 40:1666.9.
 8. Interpretation of legislative intent for appropriations contained in Acts 4 and 776 of the 2024 Regular Session of the Legislature and Acts 1 and 461 of the 2025 Regular Session of the Legislature, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 24:653(E).
 9. Review and approval of Water Sector Commission recommendations, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:100.56.
 10. Review of an extension of a contract between the Louisiana Department of Health and Health Services Advisory Group, Inc., in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J).
 11. Review and approval of an extension of a contract between the Office of Group Benefits and Gallagher Benefits Services, Inc., in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J).
 12. Review and approval of emergency contracts between the Office of Group Benefits and the following entities, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 42:802(D):
 a. Louisiana Health Service & Indemnity Company d/b/a Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana, for the provision of administrative services only
 b. SilverScript Insurance Company, for the provision of pharmacy benefit manager services for the employer group waiver plan and wrap product
 c. Southern Scripts, LLC, d/b/a Liviniti, LLC, for the provision of pharmacy benefit manager services for the commercial plan
 13. Review and approval of an extension of a contract between the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and Element Materials Technology Lafayette, LLC, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J).
