 B. HMO Louisiana, Inc., for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
 C. Humana Health Benefits Plan of Louisiana, Inc., for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
 D. New Orleans Regional Physician Hospital Organization, LLC, d/b/a Peoples Health, for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
 11. Review and approval of an extension of a contract between the Louisiana Department of Health and Health Services Advisory Group, Inc.,in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J)
 12. Review and approval of the extension of the contracts between the Louisiana Department of Health and the following Medicaid managed care organizations, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J):
