 1. Oversight hearing on proposed Rule for Faculty and Faculty Organization of Undergraduate and Graduate Nursing Education Degree Programs (LAC 46:XLVII.3515) submitted by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing in accordance with R.S. 49:966
 2. Oversight hearing on proposed Emergency Rules for Retail Food Establishments Marine and Fresh Water Animal Food Products (LAC 51:XXIII.2101 and LAC 51:IX.318) submitted by the Louisiana Department of Health in accordance with R.S. 49:962
 3. Discussion of Notice of Intent on Day Care Centers and Residential Facilities (LAC 51:XXI.101, 105) submitted by the Louisiana Department of Health

Audio/visual presentations, such as PowerPoint, must be received by the committee secretary at sh&w@legis.la.gov at least twenty-four hours PRIOR to the scheduled start of the committee meeting for review and prior approval. Thumb drives will NOT be accepted.
