 B. HMO Louisiana, Inc., for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
 C. Humana Health Benefit Plan of Louisiana, Inc., for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
 D. New Orleans Regional Physician Hospital Organization, LLC, d/b/a Peoples Health, for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
 8. Review and approval of an amendment to Tax Increment Financing utilizing 45% of the 4.45% state sales tax within the New Orleans BioDistrict within the city of New Orleans, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 33:9038.34
 9. Review of an amendment to the contracts between the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) and the following entities, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 39:1615(J):
 A. Coastal Estuary Services, LLC
 B. Access Sciences Corporation
