 1. Review and approval of amendments to emergency contracts between the Office of Group Benefits and the following entities, in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 42:802:
 A. CaremarkPCS Health, L.L.C., for the provision of
pharmacy benefit manager services
 B. HMO Louisiana, Inc., for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
 C. Humana Health Benefits Plan of Louisiana, Inc., for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
 D. New Orleans Regional Physician Hospital Organization, LLC, d/b/a Peoples Health, for the provision of a Medicare Advantage plan
