 The chairman gives notice that in the event the legislative insturments listed below are referred to the House Committee on Appropriations, the chairman intends to seek a suspension of the rules to add these legislative instruments to the agenda:
 House Bill No. 2, BACALA, CAPITAL OUTLAY, Provides for the comprehensive Capital Outlay budget
