Art. 1015.1. Grounds; termination of parental rights of perpetrator of a sex offense
Parental rights of a natural parent may be terminated in cases where there is a
conviction or commission of a sex offense as defined in R.S. 15:541 by that natural parent
which resulted in the conception of the child.
