§928. Effectiveness
A. The provisions of this Part shall remain in effect only as long as the federal funds
required to implement the provisions of the FDA Food Safety Modernization Act referenced
in this Part are provided.
B. The provisions of this Part shall be null and void upon the date of repeal of 21
CFR Part 112.
