the Berthelot Rule, then proceeding under the Berthelot Rule shall require a motion
adopted by a favorable vote of a majority of the members present and voting, and such
motion shall not be debatable.
C.(1) Any legislative instrument which is not considered in the order of its
maturing in the manner provided by House Rule 8.8 due to the House proceeding
under this rule shall remain on the calendar in the same numerical order for
consideration on the next legislative day.
(2) For the purposes of this Paragraph, if a member objects to a legislative
instrument being considered in preferential order pursuant to this Rule, the legislative
