Rule 13.88. Voting; members appointed pursuant to Rule 13.1(C)
Members appointed to a committee under authority of Senate Rule 13.1(C) are
authorized to vote only on questions related to any study for which they were appointed or
at meetings of any committee or subcommittee to which they were appointed. Such
members shall not vote on any questions concerning prefiled legislative instruments.
