CHAPTER 25. CONVERSIONS OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS
§1601. Conversion of domestic business entities
One form of domestic business entity may convert to another form of domestic
business entity as provided in the Business Corporation Act. This authorization of domestic
entity conversions does not limit the other forms of transaction authorized by the Business
Corporation Act.
