Art. 716. Modification of judgment of disposition
A judgment of disposition may be modified if the court finds that the conditions and
circumstances justify the modification. A judgment of disposition shall be modified to return
custody of the child to the parent, under terms and conditions the court deems to be in the
best interest of the child, if the court finds that the child can be safely returned to the parent.
