CHAPTER 24. PRESCRIPTIVE PERIODS APPLICABLE

TO BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS

§1501. Applicability

            The provisions of this Chapter shall be applicable to all business organizations defined in R.S. 12:1502(B).
