§1931.8. Deposit of monies collected

            All monies collected pursuant to this Part shall be dedicated to and deposited into the Insurance Fraud Investigation Dedicated Fund Account pursuant to R.S. 40:1428(C). Forty percent of the monies deposited into the fund pursuant to this Part shall be allocated from the fund to the attorney general's office for purposes as provided by law.
