§310. Reporting of gaming proceeds
An operator shall periodically report the following information to the division, which
is not confidential and shall be available for public inspection:
(1) The operator's gross fantasy sports contest revenues.
(2) The operator's net revenue.
(3) Quarterly and annual financial statements regarding their operations in Louisiana
submitted to the division that present historical data, including annual financial statements
that have been audited by an independent certified public accountant as required by R.S.
27:308(D).
