§139. Validation of agreements
All agreements of the character contemplated by R.S. 30:137 which have heretofore
been entered into by the State Mineral and Energy Board are hereby ratified, confirmed, and
validated; however, such agreements may be modified or amended in accordance with the
terms of R.S. 30:137 through 141.
