§931. Effective date; time of issuance of regulations
This Chapter shall be effective upon final approval of the State's
program of regulations by the Secretary of the Interior pursuant to Section 503
of Public Law 95-87,1 provided that the commissioner shall, upon signing of
this Chapter by the Governor of the State, immediately issue regulations
pursuant to this Chapter as required to insure approval of the State program of
regulations by the Secretary of the Interior. The regulations shall be effective
upon the effective date of this Chapter.
