CHAPTER 2.  DIVORCE UNDER CIVIL CODE ARTICLE 102

Art. 3951.  Petition for divorce

A petition for divorce under Civil Code Article 102 shall contain allegations of jurisdiction and venue and shall be verified by the affidavit of the petitioner.
