SUBPART B. LOUISIANA COMMEMORATIVE PET STAMP PROGRAM

§2481. Purpose

            The primary purpose of the Louisiana Commemorative Stamp Program is to generate revenue to support the spay and neuter programs of the Louisiana Pet Overpopulation Advisory Council and its related projects.
