§98.7. Administrative review and appeals

            Any party adversely affected by a decision or action of the department under this Part shall be entitled to an administrative hearing in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act. Judicial review shall be available following the exhaustion of administrative remedies as provided by law.
