          PROJECT GOAL: To provide a secure access controlled hardened facility built to FEMA Safe room standards and supported by a critical operations power system (COPS).

OBJECTIVE: House the emergency communications operations of multiple public safety agencies and to create the potential for blending the present separate and independent public safety emergency deployment assemblies into a more cohesive similarly trained collection of professionals operating under common operational policy and procedure.
