Provide a summary of the project or program:
           Community Receiving Home is a juvenile justice agency providing juvenile detention,shelter care and group home services to the children of Rapides Parish and surrounding areas. Expansion that would allow administrative services to locate into a new structure that addresses the needs of the agency and the community, while utilizing the existing structure for a much needed expansion of juvenile detention providing a dedicated space for educational services and a visitation area that allows for security screening of visitors prior to contact with the detention facility. This will allow education/visitation to relocate to the current administrative facility. Additionally roadways,parking areas, as well as means of ingress and egress to the facility are aging and in need of repairs and resurfacing. This will permit for safe delivery of goods and services to the facility.
