           Each year, the Breaux Bridge Crawfish Festival promotes our culture and heritage by showcasing cajun and zydeco music, cajun dance and cooking demonstrations. Crawfish is prepared in every imaginable way. People come and enjoy arts and crafts from vendors. A carnival also brings fun for the whole family. We use some the proceeds from the festival to improve our local park, Parc Hardy. We also help with educational events for our schools and the community when it relates to our culture and heritage.

          Monies will be used to put on the festival and in turn we use some proceeds for continued improvements to Parc Hardy. Other proceeds to the community and educational events when our culture is promoted and students may benefit.

          Money will be utilized to make sure the festival is a success.
