           According to the current housing market, most individuals cannot afford a decent place to live. Since, 2021 my company has invested an estimated $250,000 within the current real estate market for affordable housing in low-income areas located in Louisiana. Within my own community I have witnessed the despair and low self esteem which include breaking the very foundation of families, so I decided to do something about it.

Now, my company has vested in its own community. I now look towards the State to assist with further housing accommodation within these dilapidated areas. The affordable housing project will cost an estimated $500,000. The funds will be used to purchase land, mobile homes and the contractors and surveyors to complete the assignment. The anticipated date of deliverables is estimated from 6 to 18 months to complete.
