          The Greater New Orleans East Business Alliance(GNOEBA) mission is to promote economic development, address business sustainability and help address community issues that affect local businesses in eastern New Orleans.
GNOEBA serves as a resource for information, educational activities, networking and monitors both local and state issues that may have an impact on businesses in eastern New Orleans. GNOEBA is the conduit for other businesses, civic organizations, consumers and governmental associations to help build an alliance between organizations for business purposes.

What are the goals and objectives for achieving such purpose?
          Our objectives are as follows; 1. Increase financial literacy for disadvantage small businesses, 2. help promote and bring economic development to eastern New Orleans, assist with stabilizing and sustaining the current small businesses in the area.
