LLENA (AI) Preventative Health Management Platform emerges as a transformative effort by LLENA (AI) Health Solutions Inc. This innovative venture, driven by our proprietary artificial intelligence, sets a gold standard in digital health management.
ENTITY’S PUBLIC PURPOSE:
Our Full- Online Platform Segment Approach: (Connect with Online, SNAP, Social Media Savvy Community)
LLENA (AI) technology supports providing personalized nutrition, exercise, and coaching on demand to those communities that need it most. We connect the community to food sources to either cook it yourself, fresh food kits, farmers markets, or restaurants, as well as provide access to ongoing exercise and education needed to maintain good health on a regular basis for the entire family. Our alliances with giants like Walmart, Amazon, Soko, and AT&T (for expanded access to additional customers) strengthens this commitment, consolidating resources to offer a one-stop solution for families seeking guidance in food, fitness, and health education.
With the more then 900K SNAP customers in the state of Louisiana, this option will be geared toward multiple options for healthy choices – delivery or pickup, fresh food, frozen food, restaurant, farmers markets – all vendors that work with EBT, low-income, rural communities that need to get access to these resources. The online services will help personalize meal planning for the family and provide easy access to receive. Even with the ability to purchase food, most families are not making smart meal choices and tend to spend more on “junk” food. LLENA(AI) will be the support the family needs to make better choices and provide on-demand access to those choices. It will also provide access to necessary physical access to continue to increase knowledge of the benefits to health. The platform will also encourage continued use via rewards when reaching goals of healthy choices, increased exercise and educational surveys completed.
With the cost of healthcare management at over 1 trillion dollars a year (427 billion for diabetes), we need to make accessibility to the right resources affordable and accessible. That is what we are doing here. We are asking for a 2-year approach to help with this issue. Additionally, LLENA (AI) is listed as a partner with the CDC Foundation in support of the Biden/Harris Initiative to address hunger, nutrition, and health by 2030. CDC Thanks Supporters

What are the goals and objectives for achieving such purpose?
          GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
Goal 1: Improve Access/Affordability to Health Resources – On-Demand
Objective 1: Prioritize personalization, Make healthy food more affordable and easily accessible. Objective 2: Strengthen our dedication to non-technical, aging, and rural communities. Our TV show and SNAP on-demand services will give residents an interactive platform to receive personalized health advice directly from experts during our live call-in show. curating pre-recorded segments for both the TV show and SNAP on-demand services, spanning various health topics. These segments will provide insights tailored to specific needs, aiding individuals in making educated health decisions

Goal 2: Integrate Meal Kits with Health Channel Strategy- Providing Same Personalization as Online

Objective 1: Meal Kit Integration and Interactive TV Engagement. Understanding the extensive reach of television, especially among non-tech-savvy communities, we are merging meal kit features with our TV broadcasts. These showcases aim to provide viewers with tangible solutions, guiding them towards healthy and accessible food options. Complementing this, our TV program will also incorporate live call-in segments, transforming it from a mere show to an interactive platform. This allows residents to directly engage with health experts, receiving personalized advice specific to their unique situations, ensuring health advice is not just informative but also actionable.
Objective 2: Conduct interviews on our platforms with individuals and organizations positively impacting community health. These profiles will motivate viewers to contribute to their community's health actively.

Objective 3: Promote initiatives like personalized meal kit delivery. In partnership with potential partners like Fresh N Lean, Factor, Snap Kitchen, and Trifecta Meals, we'll champion sustainable and healthy food sources. This not only encourages healthier dietary habits but also promotes local agriculture, catering to urban and rural community needs.
