What is the entity's public purpose, sought to be achieved through the use of state monies?
Bullying RIP (Report It Please), a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating teen violence and providing support
services and resources to the victims of bullying in Franklin Parish. We currently offer career exploration/leadership
forums, and mentoring programs. We plan to offer on-the-job training for teens, tutoring, reporting and documenting
services, mental health services and group therapy to vulnerable students and teens. We are working with
education institutions, religious organizations, national organizations, and city/state universities. We will ensure
government participation in our programs to achieve our goals effectively. According to the National Center for
Educational Statistics, 2019 report, one out of every five (20.2%) students report being bullied in the US. Around
40% of students who reported being bullied at school indicated that they think the bullying would happen again.
Among all the states, Louisiana reported the highest percentage of bullying in schools. Surveys indicate that Louisiana has the highest percentage of high school students who have attempted suicide and the highest percentage of students getting into physical fights — it's tied for first with the District of Columbia and Maryland.
These demographic details necessitate intervention and initiatives to help victims of bullying and combat teen
violence in Louisiana.

What are the goals and objectives for achieving such purpose?
Bullying Report It Please (Bullying RIP) mission is to prevent, advocate and provide resources for the bullied as well

3. Coordinate needed resources, i.e., mental health, medical, spiritual, etc.
4. Monitor individuals’ progress
5. Work collaboratively with the community (families, schools, law enforcement, civic and spiritual leaders and other
organizations) to end this crisis
