           The purpose of this project is to inspire youth (K-12) and young adults (19-28 ages) to become productive citizens, increase revenue within the communities, educate, train and explore new careers for at-risk individuals who reside in disenfranchised communities. The programs primary focus is to accomplish the following:


1.Coaching and Mentoring
2.Job Readiness/ Job Placement
3.Health and Wellness
4.Education, Training within Aviation and Aerospace enrichment
5. Information Technology workforce for Military Advancements via JROTC students in rural communities, while providing a pipeline for West Point Military Academy


The identified programs increased economic development, reduced crime and violence, high focus on mental well being, increased the US Military enrollment, and introduced new careers for students to explore in a safe environment.


Our communities are suffering from high crime and violence throughout the state. These programs will have a significant impact on reducing or eliminating some aspects of this big problem. These programs are part of the solution we all are seeking.

Increased economic development with high paying jobs, reduced crime and violence, main focus on mental well being, increase the US Military recruitment/enrollment, and introduced new career options for students to explore in a safe environment.

Objectives:
1. Collaborate with non profits who are providing the services to create a strategic plan for coaching and mentoring the youth and young adults
2. Implement job readiness activities/training for Life Skills and Professional Development
3. Provide Information Technology training to obtain industry certifications for job placement or military enrollment
4. Education, Training within the Aviation and Aerospace to provide new career options for youth at an early age.
5. Provide Information Technology training for cybersecurity, hands on experience to build command centers, and software/application development for 50-100 JROTC students in rural communities.
6. Use Mental well being tools to assist participates on managing their trigger points and personality management, conflict resolution, anger management, and self esteem management.
