           Dress for Success New Orleans empowers women to build careers, gain mobility, and achieve economic independence, benefiting their families and the community. Our programs offer free professional attire, career services, digital skills classes, and wellness retreats. DFSNO aims to equip women with the tools they need to thrive in work and in life. Rather than simply providing professional clothing, we provide a personalized boutique shopping experience and ongoing programming for personal and professional development.

          At Dress for Success New Orleans, we care for women by providing the tools they need to thrive in work and life. Through our other programming, we provide employee retention and professional development skills that improve a woman’s career prospects and quality of life.

          Our Suiting Program provides professional attire at no cost for interviews and part or full-time employment opportunities.We aim to expand this program’s reach and increase the number of clients we serve. If awarded this grant, we will be able to purchase clothing suitable for various client needs.
