          ANCHORED IN LOVE provides safe, supportive transitional services for individuals returning to the community after incarceration. Our program promotes stability, accountability, and successful reentry by connecting residents with employment, transportation, life-skills training, community resources, and other services that support independence and reduce barriers to long-term success.

          Goal 1: Connect 30 previously incarcerated men and women to community resources that will reduce barriers to long term success.
Objective 1: Identify 30 previously incarcerated clients.
Objective 2: Connect the 30 clients to the Anchored IN LOVE online resource circle to help connect clients to community workforce and life skills opportunities.

Goal 2: Host bi-monthly resource meetings to help clients search for employment, complete employment applications, meet with life skills guest speakers, literacy education and other services that support successful independent survival.
