		SCR18	SHEPHERD	SECRETARY OF STATE - Directs the secretary of state to establish a toll-free telephone line for displaced citizens to advise them of voting locations and to advertise nationally seeking displaced Louisiana voters.
		SB3	SCHEDLER	FISCAL CONTROLS - Provides for an extension of time to various entities relative to the preparation of certain financial documents in the event of a disaster or emergency as declared by the governor and provides for audit of certain not for profit organizations. (gov sig)
		SB6	C D JONES	VOTERS/VOTING - Authorizes a person who has registered by mail, not voted since, and been displaced by a gubernatorially declared emergency to vote absentee by mail and provides for a parish board of election supervisors to use commissioners from another parish. (gov sig)
		SB15	CAIN	ETHICS - Requires state elected and appointed officials and members of their immediate family to report income received from the federal government as a result of services performed or products sold for disaster recovery.
		SB64	D.HINES	ELECTION DAYS - Provides for a special statewide election for the purpose of submitting constitutional amendments to the electors of the state. (gov sig)
		SB76	DARDENNE	ETHICS - Requires elected officials and their family members and businesses to report any disaster contracts and make the reporting an ethics code violation. (11/23/05)
		SB81	D.HINES	ETHICS - Requires elected officials and appointed state officials to disclose information regarding certain contracts and subcontracts. (gov sig)
		SB89	C D JONES	VOTERS/VOTING - Provides for holding elections impaired as a result of a gubernatorially declared disaster or emergency pursuant to a plan for registration, early voting, absentee voting by mail, and election day voting. (gov sig)
