CONSIDERATION OF ANY OTHER MATTERS THAT MAY COME BEFORE THE COMMITTEE
 In accordance with RS 38:2225.2.4, to consider use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) method for Brown Park by Lafayette Consolidated Government.
 In accordance with RS 38:2225.2.4, to consider use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) method for Moore Park by Lafayette Consolidated Government.
 In accordance with RS 38:2225.2.4, to consider use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) method for the Construction of the Highway 89 Widening Project in Youngsville, Louisiana.
 In accordance with RS 38:2225.2.4, to consider use of the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) method for the Construction of the Fortune Road Roundabout and Extension Project in Youngsville, Louisiana.
 To receive testimony from the Department of Transportation and Development relative to the consistency of the process by which right of way access is granted.

Persons who do not feel comfortable giving testimony in person may submit a prepared statement in accordance with Senate Rule 13.79, in lieu of appearing before the committee. Statements may be emailed to sthpw@legis.la.gov and must be received by the committee secretary at least four hours prior to the meeting to be included in the record for this committee meeting.
