BUSINESS
 1. DOTD to provide an update on the Grant Anticipation Revenue Vehicles (GARVEE) bonds program and on the issuance of Series 2023 GARVEE Bonds.
 2. Consider and vote to approve to increase the GARVEE program amount for DOTD pursuant to La. R.S. 48:27.
 3. To consider the use of Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) method for the construction of West Bank Clinic for the Parish of St. James, pursuant to La. 38:2225.2.4.
 4. To consider the use of Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) method for the construction of the Walter B. Jacobs Nature Park project for the Parish of Caddo, pursuant to La. 38:2225.2.4.
