 Oversight hearing pursuant to La. R.S. 49:966D(1) on the Capital Area Groundwater Conservation Commission Intent to Amend LAC 56:V, Chapter 7, §707 regarding Measuring Well Yield by Amending Subsequent A and B, and by Adopting Subsections C, D, and E.
 Oversight hearing pursuant to La. R.S. 49:466D(1)(b), Report of Capital Area Groundwater Conservation Commission Intent to Amend Chapter 9, §§901, 905, 907 regarding Well Yield Permits and Plans.

CONSIDERATION OF ANY OTHER MATTERS

Persons who do not feel comfortable giving testimony in person may submit a prepared statement in accordance with Senate Rule 13.79, in lieu of appearing before the committee. Statements may be emailed to snatr@legis.la.gov and must be received by the committee secretary at least four hours prior to the meeting to be included in the record for this committee meeting.

Audio/visual presentations, such as PowerPoint, must be received by the committee secretary at snatr@legis.la.gov at least twenty-four hours PRIOR to the scheduled start of the committee meeting for review and prior approval. Thumb drives will NOT be accepted.
