 1. Review of state government actions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as requested by House Resolution No. 133 of the 2024 Regular Session
 2. Receive testimony from the following entities regarding the state’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic:
 a. Louisiana Department of Health
 b. Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners
 c. Louisiana State Board of Nursing
 d. Louisiana Hospital Association
 e. Louisiana Nursing Home Association
 3. Receive testimony from invited speakers regarding public health policies and strategies implemented in other states in response to the COVID-19 pandemic
 4. Receive testimony from the public regarding state government actions in response to the COVID-19 pandemic
 5. Discuss next steps for the review requested by House Resolution No. 133 of the 2024 Regular Session

ANNOUCEMENTS

Pursuant to House Rule 14.33, any interested person or any committee member may file with the committee a prepared statement concerning a specific instrument or matter under consideration by the committee or concerning any matter within the committee's scope of authority, and the committee records shall reflect receipt of such statement and the date and time thereof.
