 1. Discussion of the state supplemental pay program, including constitutional and statutory provisions with the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, the Firemen's Supplemental Pay Review Board, and the Municipal Officer's Supplemental Pay Review Board.
 2. Discussion of the eligibility requirements and approval process for receiving supplemental pay.
 3. Discussion of the supplemental pay payment process for firemen and municipal police officers; including Department of Public Safety internal guidelines and processes, staff requirements, and budget recommendations.
 4. Discussion of recommendations from the legislative auditor's report dated February 1, 2024.
