APPROVAL OF MINUTES
 Adoption of minutes for the Capitol Security Council meetings held on February 18, 2024, of the 2024 Second Extraordinary Session; November 20, 2024, of the 2024 Third Extraordinary Session; and May 30, 2024, of the 2024 Regular Session.

BUSINESS
 The following items may be discussed in executive session pursuant to R.S. 42:18:
 Discussion of Capitol Security procedures
 Purchase of specialized security equipment
 Discussion of request for additional security upgrades

CONSIDERATION OF ANY OTHER MATTERS THAT MAY COME BEFORE THE COMMITTEE

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Pursuant to House Rule 14.33, any interested person or any committee member may file with the committee a prepared statement concerning a specific instrument or matter under consideration by the committee or concerning any matter within the committee's scope of authority, and the committee records shall reflect receipt of such statement and the date and time thereof.

NOTE: Statements may be filed via e-mail at csc@legis.la.gov. Statements submitted, and the information contained therein, are public records and subject to disclosure pursuant to public records laws.

Audio/visual presentations, such as PowerPoint, shall be filed with the Capitol Security Council at csc@legis.la.gov at least twenty-four hours prior to the scheduled start of the Capitol Security Council meeting. No flash or thumb drives will be accepted.
