§2720.8. Continuing and exclusive jurisdiction
Subject to the jurisdictional requirements of the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction
and Enforcement Act, the court having jurisdiction over the proceeding to approve a
gestational carrier contract pursuant to this Part shall have exclusive, continuing jurisdiction
of all matters arising out of the gestational carrier contract.
