§2720.12. Effect of subsequent marriage
After the issuance of an Order Preceding Embryo Transfer, subsequent marriage of
the gestational carrier does not affect the validity of a gestational carrier contract. The
consent of the spouse is not required, and he is not a presumed father of the resulting child,
notwithstanding any legal presumption to the contrary.
