§2991.4. Form
A sale of mineral rights by mail solicitation shall be made by authentic act or by act
under private signature signed by the transferor. The acceptance of any form of payment by
the transferor or any action whereby the transferor otherwise manifests assent to the sale shall
not satisfy the requirement of the transferor's signature.
