SUBPART II. JUVENILE JUSTICE REINVESTMENT PROGRAM
§941. Purpose and policy
It is hereby declared to be the policy and intent of the state of Louisiana to promote
public safety and expend taxpayer funds responsibly through the use of evidence-based
treatment programs and practices at the local level and to reinvest a portion of juvenile
justice savings into community-based programs and services.
