CLASS ARE BENEFICIARIES OF BOTH INCOME AND PRINCIPAL
§1905. Interests in income
If members of the same class are designated beneficiaries of both income and
principal, interests in income before the class closes shall be governed by R.S. 9:1899
through 1901.
